When Sephora needed to create truly engaging content to increase market share of voice and uplift retail sales, we partnered with Huda Kattan at the launch of her Huda Beauty brand to make the retailer and the brand gain huge online footprint.
Using YouTube as a platform and the existing social power of Huda Kattan, a series of over 30 tutorial videos were created featuring the brand founder providing real life expertise from crowd-sourced requests.
Over 10m collective YouTube views and social engagements and an incremental uplink in featured product sales. Sephora elevated to no.1 position in top of mind awareness as beauty retailer in the Middle East (Ipsos).
Universal Studios Singapore needed to modernise its in-Park photography sales with a digital solution that would increase revenue, customer satisfaction and social engagement while collecting CRM data and insights.
Working with specialist partners to create a branded App which could be downloaded easily, Universal visitors to add a photography package to their ticket and enjoy unlimited access to all their ride photos in real time without having to pay extra for unwanted print product.
As well as hugely increased social sharing from the App, Universal benefited from building an entirely new CRM database for remarketing and gaining invaluable data insights from App usage within their property.
